About
Hi, I'm Kennedi.
I'm a higher education professional and independent consultant with 8+ years in fraternity and sorority life. I partner with Panhellenic teams to make recruitment feel grounded, values-first, and achievable.
My career has taken me from campus advising to national organization work, giving me a perspective that spans both the day-to-day challenges councils face and the broader patterns I see across the FSL community. I've worked with councils of all sizes—from small communities navigating their first formal recruitment to large campuses refining established processes.
What I love most about this work is helping people feel confident in their decisions. Recruitment can feel overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be. My goal is to bring calm, clarity, and practical support to teams who want to do this work well.
My full-time role is Chapter Services Manager at Gamma Phi Beta International Sorority. This consulting work is entirely separate and done independently outside my employer duties.
My approach
I believe in recruitment that's human-centered, data-informed, and values-driven.
Start with values
Great recruitment isn't about hitting numbers—it's about building communities that reflect your values. I help teams clarify what matters and let that guide decisions.
Use data as a guide
RFM and recruitment data should illuminate, not intimidate. I translate the numbers into actionable insights so you can make confident, informed choices.
Keep it human
Behind every statistic is a real person. I prioritize approaches that honor the experience of PNMs, members, and advisors throughout the process.
